Already there are more than 200 locations in the UK holding stocks of GreenChem AdBlue. There are many other locations also stocking the solution and by the year end there'll be still more.

Availability of AdBlue is an important issue for vehicle operators since most vehicle makers have opted for SCR technology for Euro 4 and 5. Despite a number of misleading statements within in the industry, supply is in fact already plentiful. The GreenChem network - which uses supply points at a number of bulk fuel suppliers as well as all DAF and Mercedes truck dealers - ensures that there is now nationwide availability of AdBlue.

To make life even easier GreenChem has also launched an interactive web site -  www.adblue4you.com - which, at the click of a mouse gives instant access to the nearest GreenChem supply point.

Importantly, scientists have now confirmed that AdBlue, providing it is properly stored - something which is guaranteed by GreenChem's range of storage equipment, has a much longer shelf life than previously thought. Up to 18 months is possible and its expected that in due course the solution could well have a 'best before date' of even longer, something GreenChem has always forecast.

GreenChem offers its customers a range of purpose-designed storage systems to meet their needs in quantities from 5 litre cans to 15,000 litre bulk storage systems.  In these early stages, many operators are utilising 1,000 litre containers (IBCs), but for convenience and a better commercial proposition, bulk installations will be the way forward.  No investment is required and the typical all inclusive price per litre for AdBlue when supplied in bulk in large quantities by GreenChem is more than compensated for by the fuel saving SCR offers.
